B.S. in Public Health

The degree in Public Health prepares students to become leaders in public health, equipped with the knowledge and skills to make a significant impact on population health both locally and globally. Our program addresses the most pressing health challenges of our time.

We are no longer accepting students into the Community Health major, as it has transitioned to the Public Health major. Students admitted to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before Fall 2026 may still elect to complete the Community Health, B.S. curriculum.
